    Customer Service: Almost without exception, they are incredibly non-professional. Each time I go there, I feel that I'm being rushed away from the desk and I feel like I'm not welcome. Branch Hours: For a large bank, only being open until 4:00 is laughable. Shouldn't they have a later shift all hours of the week? I feel kind of ashamed that I must drive to Granby because I can't get out of work in order to make large business deposits. Very frustrating.

    Worst experience ever!! Went thru the drive thru and the teller had the worst attitude rolled her eyes when I answered her question she asked me if I had a account there while she was holding my ID and debut card in her hand. Then asked why I was there while she had my check in her hand. Then she waled away and never came back sent another teller to help me. Worst attitude ever....

    No sports teams and the school is the size of a household closet there's like 5 kids in a grade. Art and tech and gym isn't fun, and they don't even have a gym. World Language isn't good and school lunch is disgusting MLC always makes fun of us. Go if you want but, once you go to GEMS there ain't no going back

    Horrible bank hours ... BOA has 1970s bank hours in a 21st century world! Ridiculous. People work .... working people need banks with hours that work for them. At least stay open late ONE weekday evening.
